The ELEVATE Hub membership was founded in January 2024. The vision was to create a place for HR professionals that felt supportive, informative and motivational. Since we opened the doors we have welcomed over 100 people into the community. All working in different industries, with different job titles and needing different things from the hub.

Some members told us they wanted to improve their ER knowledge so we have a dedicated ER Chat Room where we post real life and fictional scenarios that people respond to. We also introduced a monthly ER Chat where we get together to discuss cases and talk through our learnings.
