I founded the ELEVATE Hub because so many HR people were reaching out asking for support. They needed someone to listen, someone to give advice and support. They needed career guidance. What started as a conversation grew into a community, and that community has become a safe space for so many people who do this work every day.
I have worked in HR for my entire career. Starting in large corporate organisations such as TUI, EDF Energy and Impellam Group and in later years in smaller, scaling businesses. I have seen a lot in the last 20 years and my hope is that my experiences will help you in your role.
I was thrilled to be recognised as #9 in the HR Most Influential List 2025 and in 2026 I was awarded HR Business Woman of the Year.

Why I joined the ELEVATE Hub
I joined the ELEVATE Hub Pro membership to connect with like-minded professionals and access resources that would help me grow as a strategic People Partner. I wanted a space where I could learn, share ideas, and stay ahead of evolving HR practices.
