The ELEVATE Event 2026
The theme for the day was Future of HR: Powered by Tech, Led by People and the goals were for everyone to Learn, Connect and Be Inspired. We came together in a beautiful venue in central London. Incredible guest speakers, lovely food and a day to inspire us all.
All our guests were welcomed by none other than Fay Wallis - superstar host of the successful HR podcast, HR Coffee Time.
Doors opened at 0845 for a yummy breakfast, an opportunity to say hello to people you hadn’t met in person before and to make new contacts.
Hosted by the fabulous Jess Pressland from JP Training, who kept us entertained, smiling through the day and made sure we finished right on time. We had important post event drinks to get to!

John Hibbs - CEO CoEfficient - the man with many hats, talking to us about the Monergy Flow.
MICHELLE FLYNN - Health and Performance Coach took us through our Life Audit, helping us realise the areas that need the most attention.
Molly Johnson-Jones -CEO Flexa was a firm favourite with the crowd, sharing her insights based on 2 billion data points.
Dr. Ben Levy - Psychologist and Magician shared his ABC ME model to help us achieve our goals.
Jack Butler - Traitors Season 4 - popped in just before lunch to tell everyone a little bit more about the Wellbeing event we are hosting on 15th October
Nic Elliott - Employment Lawyer - Actons shared his thoughts on how AI is impacting Employee Relations and the concept of a digital twin.
