ELEVATE Hub – Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to ELEVATE Hub.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.elevatehub.co.uk and the products, services, memberships, events, training courses and other offerings provided by ELEVATE Hub ("ELEVATE", "we", "us" or "our").

By using our website, purchasing our services, booking an event or registering for membership, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase or joining our community.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK law.

2. Membership

2.1 Membership options

ELEVATE Hub offers a range of free and paid membership options, which may include ELEVATE Connect, ELEVATE Career Club, ELEVATE Hub and ELEVATE Hub Plus.

Membership benefits, prices and inclusions are detailed on our website and may vary depending on the membership selected.

2.2 Registration and eligibility

Members must be aged 18 or over and provide accurate registration information.

Membership accounts are intended for individual use unless a separate corporate or group membership arrangement has been agreed.

Members must not share their login credentials or provide unauthorised access to membership materials.

2.3 Membership payments

Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on the subscription selected.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments at the agreed rate until your membership is cancelled.

Subscription prices and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before purchase.

We reserve the right to change membership prices by providing reasonable advance notice. Any change will not affect a billing period already paid for.

2.4 Membership cancellations

Members may cancel their subscription at any time using the available account management facilities or by contacting ELEVATE Hub.

Cancellation will stop future subscription renewals, provided the cancellation is received before the next payment is processed.

Unless otherwise agreed, membership access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Payments already made are not normally refundable for unused portions of a subscription, except where required by law or expressly agreed by ELEVATE Hub.

Where statutory consumer cancellation rights apply, these will be honoured.

2.5 Membership benefits and changes

We aim to deliver the membership benefits advertised at the time of subscription.

From time to time, we may update resources, introduce new features, change session schedules or make reasonable adjustments to membership services.

Where a change materially reduces the benefits of a paid membership, affected members will receive reasonable advance notice and any applicable cancellation or refund rights.

2.6 Membership termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership where a member seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, behaves inappropriately towards other members or misuses ELEVATE services.

Where appropriate, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to address the concern.

Any refund or payment adjustment will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the termination.

3. Community Guidelines and Member Conduct

ELEVATE Hub is built around the values of kindness, collaboration, authenticity and growth.

Members are expected to:

  • Treat other members, guests, speakers and ELEVATE representatives with courtesy and respect.

  • Engage constructively in discussions, even where opinions differ.

  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members.

  • Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination or abusive behaviour.

  • Refrain from unsolicited selling, excessive self-promotion or contacting members for commercial purposes without their agreement.

  • Avoid sharing confidential employer, employee or client information.

  • Respect the intellectual property of ELEVATE and other members.

ELEVATE reserves the right to moderate discussions, remove inappropriate content and restrict access where necessary.

Members remain responsible for the information they choose to share within the community.

Membership does not authorise individuals to use member contact information for unsolicited marketing or to export member details for commercial purposes.

4. Events and Ticket Purchases

4.1 Event bookings

Tickets for ELEVATE events are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Event details, including date, location, timings and inclusions, will be communicated at the point of booking.

4.2 Non-refundable event tickets

Tickets purchased for ELEVATE's in-person networking, social and other qualifying date-specific leisure events are non-refundable where an attendee changes their mind or is unable to attend.

This includes circumstances such as changes to personal plans, work commitments or travel arrangements.

The statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not generally apply to qualifying leisure activities booked for a specific date.

This provision does not remove any statutory refund rights or apply to bookings for which cancellation rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

4.3 Ticket transfers

Where permitted for the relevant event, attendees may request to transfer their ticket to another individual.

Requests must be made in writing before the event, and ELEVATE may require the replacement attendee's details for registration, safety and event administration purposes.

Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain without prior written agreement.

4.4 Event cancellation or postponement

ELEVATE reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule an event where reasonably necessary.

If an event is cancelled by ELEVATE, ticket purchasers will be offered a refund in accordance with their legal rights.

Where an event is postponed or materially changed, attendees will be informed of their options, including applicable refund rights.

Minor adjustments to running orders, speakers or session timings will not automatically entitle attendees to a refund, provided the event remains substantially as advertised and statutory rights are respected.

4.5 Speakers and event programmes

ELEVATE aims to deliver events as advertised but cannot guarantee the attendance of individual speakers or contributors where circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent their participation.

Where appropriate, alternative speakers or programme adjustments may be arranged.

4.6 Travel and accommodation

Unless expressly included in the ticket price, attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation and other personal expenses.

ELEVATE is not responsible for independently booked expenses except where liability arises under applicable law.

4.7 Behaviour at events

ELEVATE is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Attendees must behave respectfully towards other delegates, speakers, venue staff and event organisers.

We reserve the right to remove individuals whose behaviour creates a safety concern, constitutes harassment or seriously disrupts an event.

Any refund entitlement will be determined by the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Training Courses and Workshops

5.1 Course bookings

Bookings for training courses and workshops are confirmed following successful payment or written agreement of alternative payment arrangements.

Course details, including content, duration, delivery method and fees, will be provided before booking.

5.2 Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights for training courses and workshops depend on the nature of the booking, the customer's status and applicable law.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, ELEVATE will honour that right.

Outside any applicable statutory cancellation period, cancellations may be subject to reasonable charges reflecting costs incurred, commitments made and losses that cannot reasonably be avoided.

Any specific cancellation deadlines or charges will be disclosed before booking.

5.3 Course changes

ELEVATE may make reasonable changes to course content, facilitators or delivery arrangements.

Where a course is cancelled or materially changed, delegates will be offered the remedies to which they are legally entitled.

5.4 Training materials

Course materials are provided for the personal professional development of registered delegates.

Materials must not be reproduced, redistributed, sold or used to deliver competing training programmes without prior written permission.

5.5 Certificates and qualifications

Attendance at an ELEVATE training course does not automatically result in a formal qualification, accreditation or certificate unless this is expressly stated in the course description.

6. Career Development Services

ELEVATE may provide career development services, including CV reviews, interview preparation, career coaching, career clinics and related professional development support.

These services are intended to provide guidance, feedback and development opportunities.

While we aim to deliver high-quality support, ELEVATE cannot guarantee employment, promotion, interview invitations, salary increases or other specific career outcomes.

Individuals remain responsible for their own career decisions, applications and professional representations.

Any paid individual services will be subject to the booking, cancellation and delivery terms communicated before purchase, together with applicable statutory rights.

7. Professional Advice and Independent Experts

ELEVATE provides educational resources, professional development opportunities, community discussions and access to specialist knowledge.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, general membership content, workshops and community discussions do not constitute personalised legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

HR-related information is provided for general learning and development purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice appropriate to a specific situation.

Members and customers remain responsible for obtaining suitable professional advice where necessary.

ELEVATE may introduce or collaborate with independent experts, consultants, trainers and other third-party service providers.

Where a member or customer contracts directly with an independent provider, that provider may have separate contractual terms and responsibilities.

ELEVATE does not automatically become a party to agreements entered into directly between members and independent providers.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that ELEVATE cannot lawfully exclude.

8. Intellectual Property

All original ELEVATE content, including branding, course materials, resources, templates, recordings, written materials and website content, remains the intellectual property of ELEVATE or its respective rights holders.

Members and customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased or membership materials for their own professional learning and internal reference purposes, subject to any additional licence terms.

Materials must not be resold, publicly distributed, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Where members share their own original content within the community, they retain ownership of that content.

Members grant ELEVATE a non-exclusive licence to display and use such content as reasonably necessary to operate and moderate the community. Separate permission will be sought where appropriate for unrelated promotional uses.

9. Photography, Video and Recordings

ELEVATE events, webinars and training sessions may involve photography, filming or audio recording.

Where recording is planned, we will aim to inform participants in advance or at the beginning of the session.

Recordings may be made available to members or registered delegates for learning and development purposes, subject to the information provided at booking and applicable data protection requirements.

Where identifiable images, videos or testimonials are intended for promotional purposes, ELEVATE will provide appropriate information and obtain consent where required.

Participants who have concerns about being photographed or recorded should contact ELEVATE in advance where possible.

Participants must not record confidential member discussions or share recordings of other individuals without appropriate permission.

Further information about personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

10. Website Use and Availability

Visitors and members must use the ELEVATE website and associated services lawfully and responsibly.

Users must not attempt to interfere with website security, gain unauthorised access to systems or misuse website functionality.

We aim to maintain reliable access to our website and online services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where significant disruption affects a paid service, ELEVATE will consider appropriate remedies in accordance with applicable law.

11. Third-Party Platforms

ELEVATE uses third-party platforms to support membership delivery, event bookings, payment processing, communications and online learning.

These may include community platforms, payment providers, video conferencing services and ticketing systems.

Use of these services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy notices.

ELEVATE will take reasonable care in selecting and managing service providers but is not responsible for matters outside its control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

ELEVATE processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Information about how we collect, use, store and share personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Members and attendees must not misuse personal information obtained through ELEVATE communities, events or services.

Personal information must not be collected or used for unsolicited marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.

13. Liability

ELEVATE will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to these protections, ELEVATE will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

Where services are purchased for business purposes, additional limitations may apply where reasonable and lawful.

Nothing in these terms restricts a consumer's statutory rights.

14. Changes to Terms and Services

ELEVATE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, business operations or the services provided.

Updated terms will be published on our website.

Where changes materially affect an existing paid agreement, we will provide appropriate notice and respect any applicable contractual and statutory rights.

15. Complaints and Contact

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

These terms should be read alongside the ELEVATE Hub Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
