Hi, I’m Claire!
I founded ELEVATE Hub to create a space where HR professionals feel supported, connected and empowered because I know first-hand how challenging, and incredible, this career can be.
With almost 20 years’ experience in HR, I’ve worked in FTSE 100 organisations and scale-ups. I've been recognised twice on the HR Most Influential list and was awarded HR Business Woman of the Year in 2026.
Today, I'm passionate about bringing HR professionals together to share knowledge, build confidence and elevate their careers.
